1. Acceptance

By installing, signing in to, or using Sponsor.krd Extension, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Sponsor.krd Extension assists authorized users with supported manual campaign and placement settings inside TikTok Ads Manager. Access is controlled by verified Google identity and administrator-approved TikTok advertiser account assignments.

The extension relies on interfaces and behavior provided by TikTok and Google. Features may stop working, change, or become unavailable if those third-party services change.

3. Eligibility and authority

You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter an agreement and are authorized to manage every TikTok advertiser account, campaign, and draft on which you use the extension. You are responsible for obtaining all employer, client, account-owner, and regulatory approvals required for your advertising activity.

4. Accounts and access

• You must sign in with a valid Google account and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for the security of your Google and TikTok accounts and for activity performed through them.
• Access is limited to advertiser accounts assigned by the administrator. An assignment does not establish ownership or legal authority.
• You must not share session tokens, bypass authorization controls, or allow another person to use your access.
• We may refuse, suspend, or revoke access to protect users, accounts, the service, or third parties.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the extension on an advertiser account you are not authorized to manage.
• Violate applicable law, advertising rules, intellectual-property rights, or the terms and policies of TikTok, Google, Chrome, or another third party.
• Use the service for deceptive, fraudulent, malicious, discriminatory, or unlawful campaigns.
• Probe, attack, overload, interfere with, reverse engineer for abuse, or bypass security and account limitations.
• Resell, sublicense, copy, or redistribute the service except with our written permission.
• Use automated means to create excessive requests or access data beyond what the interface makes available for the requested feature.

6. User responsibility and campaign changes

You control when the extension runs. You are responsible for reviewing campaign settings, placements, budgets, targeting, creative, compliance, and the final saved result before publishing or spending money. You accept the risk that a third-party interface or undocumented behavior may produce an unexpected result.

Do not rely on the extension as a substitute for professional legal, advertising, financial, or compliance advice.

7. Third-party services and no affiliation

Google sign-in, Google Chrome, the Chrome Web Store, TikTok, and TikTok Ads Manager are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. Sponsor.krd Extension and Sponsor.krd are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google, TikTok, or the Chrome Web Store. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the information accessed and processed by the extension and authorization service. By using the service, you acknowledge those practices.

9. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights in Sponsor.krd Extension, including its software, design, documentation, and branding. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended business purpose while your access remains authorized.

You retain rights in campaign content you lawfully provide. You grant us only the limited rights needed to process that content locally and operate the requested functionality.

10. Availability, updates, and termination

We may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every TikTok account, region, campaign type, or future interface version.

You may stop using the service at any time by signing out and uninstalling the extension. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions—will survive.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or results. We do not warrant that campaign changes will be accepted by TikTok or produce any particular advertising outcome.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor.krd and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, advertising spend, account access, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you paid nothing, the maximum aggregate liability will be USD 25, unless applicable law requires a greater amount.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Sponsor.krd and its operators against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your campaigns, your violation of these terms, your lack of authority over an advertiser account, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Governing terms and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service operator is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. Mandatory consumer protections and courts that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

15. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these terms. The effective date and version identify the current terms. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
